Grandmothers Chicken Salad

Ingredients:

6 cups cooked chicken, chopped
2 cups celery, chopped
12 hard boiled eggs, chopped
3 cups red apples, chopped
1 cup sweet pickle, chopped
½ cup sweet pickle juice
1½ cup chicken broth
3 cups mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sugar
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Combine all chopped ingredients in large bowl. Blend remaining ingredients in bowl. Add to chicken mixture, tossing until well mixed. Serve on lettuce leaves.

Makes 24 servings
