Ingredients:

deviled egg halves
whole cooked or canned shrimps
salad greens
peeled ripe tomato wedges
tart French dressing

Directions:

Arrange salad greens on small plates. Place 5 overlapping shrimps on 1/3 of the greens, 3 thin tomato wedges on another and a deviled egg half on the remaining third.

Serve with tart dressing.
