Lemon Jello Salad
Ingredients:
1 package lemon jello
2 cups boiling water
1 cup finely shredded cabbage
1/2 cup raw carrots (grate)
1/2 cup diced celery
1/4 cup cut green pepper
paprika
Directions:
Dissolve jello in boiling water. Pour into mold, when cool add vegetables, when firm serve with salad dressing. Hot fruit juice instead of boiling water adds to flavor.
