Mayonnaise Dressing

Ingredients:

4 egg yolks
1 level teaspoon salt
1 cup olive oil
juice 2 lemons
paprika
1/2 cup whipping cream
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

Directions:

Have a bowl and fork cold. Mix egg yolks and seasoning. Alternate drop by drop the strained lemon juice and the oil. If oil and egg should curdle add little cream. Use Rotary beater.
