Mom's Cranberry Salad
Ingredients:
2 packages 6 ounces Jello black cherry or raspberry
4 cups hot water
2 cups cold water
2 cans 16 ounces whole cranberry sauce
10 to 16 ounces of sour cream
1 cup chopped nuts
Directions:
Dissolve Jello packages in hot water. Add cold water. Chill until syrupy, but not set. Add whole cranberries. Fold in most of sour cream, reserving a small amount. Fold in nuts. Swirl remaining sour cream into the top layer for decoration. Chill until set.
Makes 6 servings
