Tomato Aspic
Ingredients:
1 small can tomatoes, strained
1 teaspoon sugar
salt to taste
1 cup rich meat stock
celery salt
red pepper
black pepper
Directions:
Heat all ingredients to boiling point. Cool. Add 2 tablespoons gelatin dissolved in 1/2 cup cold water. Add to first mixture and chill. Serve with meat.
