Baked Cranberries

Ingredients:

1 quart cranberries
2 cups water
3 cups sugar

Directions:

Pick over berries, wash, drain. Dissolve sugar in water. Add cranberries, blend well and bake in slow oven until tender. Do not brown. Stir occasionally, but do not break. Serve fruit with roast chicken or turkey.
