1 cup diced
2 tablespoons fat
1 cup chopped tomato
1 cup diced green pepper
1/2 tablespoon dry mustard
1 tablespoon brown sugar (more sugar if preferred)
2 cups meat stock
1 cup catsup
red pepper


Heat fat, stir and fry onions lightly. Add remaining ingredients, cook over low heat 50 minutes. Serve with any cooked meat except fowl.
