Brown Sauce for Meat
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon chopped onion
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon flour
pepper
salt
celery salt
onion seasoning
Directions:
Put on fire and brown, add 1 tablespoon flour, season with salt and pepper. Add 1 cup beef stock, cook until sauce thickens; strain to remove onion, serve. Add seasoning to taste, serve hot.
