Cream Sauce
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup chicken stock
little salt
little paprika
2 egg yolks
1/3 cup cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice
celery salt
onion seasoning
red pepper
Directions:
Melt butter, add flour, mix well. Add chicken stock and cream, stirring constantly. Bring to boiling point, remove from fire. Add beaten egg yolks and seasoning.
