1 large cup stiff mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon scraped onion
1 lemon, juice
1 small can capers
1/2 cup chopped olives
sprig chopped parsley
1 egg white beaten stiff
1/2 cup boiling water (add just before serving)
beat thoroughly


Blend all ingredients. Cook in double boiler. Use onion seasoning and celery salt. Add a few grains red pepper.
