Mustard Sauce for Boiled Ham

Ingredients:

1 quart cream
1/2 cup sugar
4 tablespoons dry mustard
3 egg yolks
pinch salt
1 cup vinegar
pepper

Directions:

Put cream in double boiler to heat. Add sugar and mustard to cream. Add well beaten yolks of eggs. Stir 2 to 3 minutes, add vinegar. Serve hot.
