Ingredients:

1 cup fish stock
2 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
1/3 cup heavy cream
2 egg yolks
salt
pepper
paprika
lemon juice

Directions:

Melt butter, stir in flour, blend well. Slowly stir in fish stock. Stir in cream. Stir and bring to boiling point. Just before serving stir into lightly beaten egg yolks. Add seasoning and lemon juice.
