1 can tomatoes
2 large onions, sliced
onion seasoning
celery salt
1/3 cup cooking sherry
red pepper
2 tablespoons flour
1/4 cup olive oil


Heat oil, add sliced onions and cook until brown. add flour mixing with little hot oil, then tomatoes after put through sieve. Heat to boiling point and stir briskly. Add seasoning. Heat and pour over baked fish.
