Baked Fillets with Sauce

Ingredients:

1 pound fish fillets
2 cups sauce (see note below)

Directions:

Arrange fillets in a shallow, greased baking dish, cover with desired sauce and bake in a 350-degree F. oven about 30 minutes, or until the fish flakes with the tines of a fork.

Use Creole, mushroom, mustard, cream, caper, wine or cheese sauce for this recipe.

Makes 3 to 4 servings
