Baked Fish #2
Ingredients:
1 choice fish
1 1/2 ounces butter
1 dessert spoon stale bread crumbs
2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
paprika
onion seasoning
Directions:
Remove fins from fish, clean carefully, wash and dry. Place in dish, pour water and lemon juice over fish. Sprinkle onion, salt, pepper and bread crumbs, drop pieces of butter on fish. Bake about 30 minutes according to thickness.
