Ingredients:

2 cups tomatoes
1 cup water
1 slice onion
3 tablespoons flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
pepper
1 tablespoon butter
2 pounds white fish, clean carefully
onion seasoning

Directions:

Cook these ingredients until thick, stirring constantly. Strain. Place fish in greased baking pan, pour sauce over fish, bake about 40 minutes basting oven. Have hot platter and serve immediately. Use paprika and celery salt.
