Ingredients:

1 pint clams
2 tablespoons butter
3 egg yolks
paprika
pepper
3 tablespoons sherry
1/2 cup cream
salt

Directions:

Clean calms, separate soft parts; chop hard parts. Melt butter, add hard part of clams, seasoning. Cook over slow fire about 7 minutes, add cream and soft clams. Cook 2 to 3 minutes. Add slightly beaten egg whites. Stir over low fire, serve immediately.
