Ingredients:

2 cups flaked cooked or canned fish
1 cup buttered cracker crumbs
2 cups well seasoned medium white sauce

Directions:

Cover the bottom of a buttered casserole or baking dish with 1/4 cup of crumbs, then add 1 cup of the fish, a cup of the sauce and repeat. Top mixture with crumbs and bake in a 350-degree F. oven about 25 minutes, or until thoroughly heated and lightly browned on top.

Makes 4 to 5 servings
