Grilled Mahi Mahi

Ingredients:

¼ cup crushed Pineapple, with juice
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
¼ cup ground ginger
1 tablespoon honey
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
1 pound fish

Directions:

Place fish in a shallow glass baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over fish. Let stand for 30 minutes. Cook fish on a hot oiled grill for 5 to 6 minutes on one side. Turn and cook 5 to 6 minutes or until fish is opaque.
