Oysters with Mushrooms
Ingredients:
1 pint oysters
3/4 cup cooked mushrooms
1 1/2 cups raw diced celery
4 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons flour
pepper
3/4 teaspoon salt
paprika
celery salt
2 cups milk
2 teaspoons Worcestershire
butter cracker crumbs
Directions:
Wash oysters, drain, if large cut in half. Blend butter, milk, flour, salt, to smooth sauce. Add oysters, mushrooms, celery, place in buttered baking dish, cover with crumbs, brown in moderate oven. Set baking dish in pan with hot water.
