1 pound can salmon
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 egg yolks
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup hot milk
2 egg whites
2 tablespoons melted butter


Remove skin and bones from salmon, add all ingredients except egg whites. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites, bake in buttered mild in moderate oven 1 hour. Add paprika.
