2 pounds shrimp
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 tablespoons oil
¼ cup chopped green pepper
½ cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon mace
dash of cayenne pepper
1 can tomato soup
½ cup Sherry
1-½ cup cooked rice
¼ cup slivered almonds


Mix first 3 ingredients in buttered casserole. Sauté pepper and onion in butter in skillet. Add with remaining ingredients except almonds to shrimp mixture. Stir carefully. Top with almonds. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
