Ingredients:

1 to 1 1/2 pounds uncooked shrimps
6 cups cooked rice (2 cups uncooked)
2 cups Creole sauce

Directions:

Remove the shells and sand vein from the uncooked shrimps, then rinse in cold water and drain. Add to hot Creole sauce and simmer gently abut 10 minutes, or until shrimps are pink and tender. Serve with hot, cooked rice.

Makes 6 servings
