24 large cooked shrimps
1/4 teaspoon garlic seasoning
3/4 cup butter or margarine
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon onion seasoning
dash of paprika
1/4 cup dry sherry
salt, to taste
1 cup fine dry bread crumbs


Melt butter or margarine, remove from the heat and add the seasonings. Add shrimps and toss to coat thoroughly. Arrange 6 shrimps in each of 4 greased scallop shells or individual baking dishes, sprinkle crumbs over the top, pour any remaining butter over the tops and bake in a 350-degree F. oven 15 to 20 minutes, or until thoroughly heated and until crumbs are golden brown.
