Special Occasion Tuna Casserole
Ingredients:
2 cup stuffing mix
1 can 13 ounces tuna
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cup finely chopped celery
½ cup Miracle Whip
1 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice
8 ounces sliced water chestnuts
1 cup sliced mushrooms
½ cup onion, chopped
½ cup green pepper, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
Directions:
Combine 1-½ cups stuffing mix and remaining ingredients except cheese in 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle remaining ½ cup stuffing mix on top. Bake for 10 minutes longer.
