Baked Stuffed Tomatoes

Ingredients:

4 tomatoes
1 tablespoon butter
1 chopped celery stalk
4 tablespoons cooked veal, chicken and sweet bread
black pepper
salt
fine buttered bread crumbs
parsley
celery salt

Directions:

Remove seeds from tomatoes, hollow them. Prepare filling, salt and pepper. Fill tomatoes with mixture, cover with bread crumbs, bake in hot oven 15 to 20 minutes, or use well-cooked with butter or canned corn as filling.
