Bread Dressing or Stuffing
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups grated soft bread crumbs
1 tablespoon white onion, chopped
1/4 cup chopped celery
4 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
Directions:
Cook onion and celery in the butter to a light brown. Cool. Add bread crumbs and seasoning. Mix well. Will make 2 cups. Use for meat or poultry.
