Carrot Ring
Ingredients:
1 large bunch carrots, wash, peel, and grate
3 eggs beaten separately
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup cream
salt
pepper
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Directions:
Place mixture in buttered baking dish mold and set in pan with little hot water. Bake in moderate oven 30 to 40 minutes.
