Ingredients:

1 cup cooked strained carrots
2 tablespoons butter
3 eggs
3 to 4 tablespoons flour
salt
pepper

Directions:

Melt butter, add flour, carrot pulp, and beaten egg yolks. Heat thoroughly then cool. Add beaten egg whites, poor into buttered baking dish; set in pan with little hot water, bake about 20 minutes.
