Cheese Fondue
Ingredients:
1 cup milk (scald)
1 cup stale bread crumbs
1 cup mild cheese cut in small pieces
1 tablespoon butter
3 egg yolks
3 egg whites
1/2 teaspoon salt
pepper (spice)
paprika
Directions:
Mix milk, bread crumbs, cheese, butter, and salt together, add well beaten egg yolks. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites, pour in buttered baking dish, bake about 20 minutes in moderate oven. Add paprika before serving.
