Chestnuts
Ingredients:
make cream sauce of:
paprika
1 tablespoon butter
1 1/2 cups cream
1 tablespoon flour
pepper
Directions:
Simmer chestnuts 1 hour in salted water. After thoroughly draining chestnuts, put them into hot cream sauce.
