1 can corn (drain)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
3 eggs, separate (1 teaspoon sugar may be added)
3 tablespoons melted butter
1 cup rich milk
(1/2 cup grated cheese)


Put corn, sugar, salt, egg yolks, butter together, mix thoroughly, add milk. (1/2 cup grated cheese may be added.) Add stiffly beaten egg whites. Set pudding dish in pan with little hot water. Bake in 325 degree F. oven about 1 hour. When ready to serve, cover pudding with cream sauce, garnish with strips of pimentos and hard cooked eggs put through ricer.
