Creamed Kohlorabi
Ingredients:
6 kohlorabies
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
salt
2 cups milk
paprika
1 egg yolk
pepper
Directions:
Wash, peel kohlabies, cut into 1/2 in. cubes, drop into boiling water, cook until tender. Add salt, drain. Make sauce of butter, flour, milk, seasoning. Add beaten egg yolk. Cook in double boiler, pour over hot vegetable. Add paprika.
