1 package egg noodles
5 eggs
2 tablespoons butter
6 tablespoons cream
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 green pepper, chop
1/3 red pepper, chop


Parboil noodles in boiling water, about 7 minutes. Drain. Beat egg yolks, add noodles, butter, cream, seasoning. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Turn into buttered mold, set in pan hot water, bake about 30 minutes. Use creamed fish, chicken or mushrooms in center of mold.
