Fettuccini Alfredo

Ingredients:

8 ounces medium egg noodles
¼ cup margarine
1 cup whipping cream
¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoon salt
grated Parmesan cheese
freshly ground pepper to taste

Directions:

Cook noodles as directed on package. While noodles are cooking, heat margarine over water bath in chafing dish until melted. Stir in cream, ¾ cup Parmesan cheese and salt. Heat, stirring occasionally, until smooth. Drain noodles; toss with cream mixture until evenly coated. Serve with Parmesan cheese and pepper.
