2 cups milk, heat to boiling
2 tablespoons butter
5 tablespoons corn meal
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg
2 tablespoons grated cheese


Heat milk in double boiler, stir in butter, salt, meal and beat mixture. Cook until mixture thickens. Remove from fire, stir in beaten egg and 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese. Pour into small loaf bread pan. When cold, cut with small round biscuit cutter. Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with parmesan cheese, place in oven to lightly brown. Add paprika just before serving.
