Hop on Poppy Noodles
Ingredients:
1/2 package whole grain spaghetti noodles
1-1/2 cups light sour cream
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tomato, chopped
Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Boil the whole grain spaghetti noodles for 10 minutes. Take off heat and drain stir in 1 1/2 cups light sour cream, 1 tablespoon poppy seeds and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Gently fold in 1 chopped tomato. Place in greased pie plate and cover top with parmesan cheese Bake at 350° F. for 20 minutes
Makes 4 servings
