1 can 16 ounces black beans, drained
1 can 15 ounces stewed tomatoes, undrained
1 cup frozen corn
1 tablespoon dried onion
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1 1/2 cup instant brown rice


Bring tomatoes, beans, corn, and spices to a boil. Stir in rice and return to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes covered.
