4 cups dry corn bread
1 cup chopped celery-crisp in ice water then dry
1/2 chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
5 eggs beaten slightly


Blend all the ingredients lightly with a fork. Any dressing not used as filling, place in roasting pan and baste frequently when basting the fowl.
