3 tablespoons butter
1 pound mushrooms, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 medium sized onion, minced
4 slices dry bread
3/4 cups milk
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 pound cooked chopped veal
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
3 cups fine crumbs
1/2 cup sour cream
poultry seasoning


Melt butter. Add mushrooms, parsley, onion, veal, brown lightly. Soak bread in milk, squeeze dry, and add to first mixture. Remove from heat. Add eggs, Worcestershire sauce, veal and seasonings. Soak crumbs 10 minutes in the sour cream, add poultry seasoning. blend mixture lightly with folk.
