2 large loaves dry white bread, remove all crust,
crumb bread
1 1/2 cups melted butter, melt butter over hot water
salt and pepper to taste
1 to 2 cups chopped chestnuts
1 to 1 1/2 cups white raisins
celery salt
onion seasoning


For 10 to 12 pound turkey. Add butter to bread crumbs. Mix thoroughly, add seasoning. Blend mixture lightly with fork. Use as stuffing.
