Bring to a boil, mixing well. Pour over mixture of flour, sugar and ˝ teaspoon salt in bowl. Add ˝ cup buttermilk, eggs, soda and 1 teaspoon vanilla, mixing well. Pour into greased and floured jelly roll pan. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes. Combine remaining 1 stick margarine with Ľ cup cocoa and 1/3 cup buttermilk in saucepan. Bring to a boil, blending well. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients, mixing until creamy. Frost brownies immediately upon removing from oven. Cut into squares when cooled.
