Cheese Balls
Ingredients:
2 packages of cream cheese
1 cup green peppers or red
1 cup green onions
1 package of thinly sliced beef
1 package of mild shredded cheese
Directions:
Chop up green onions and green peppers (finely) Let cream cheese sit out till it softens. Put cream cheese in bowl add green peppers and green onions. Mix with your hands then add shredded cheese. Take scissors and cut the beef in small peaces into the mixture. Mix again with your hands. Shape into a ball or anything you like. Refrigerate for 2 hours. And serve on crackers.
