Crab Cocktail

Ingredients:

1 cup crabmeat
1/3 cup finely diced celery
2 cup cocktail sauce
lettuce leaves

Directions:

Chill all ingredients; just before serving, line sherbet glasses with lettuce leaves. Arrange crab in glasses with celery in center. Spoon sauce over crab. Serve immediately well chilled with a wedge of lemon and crisp crackers.
