1/2 cup ripe olives
1 sweet green pepper
1 cup blanched almonds
1/2 cup pimento olives
1 ripe apple
little salt
mayonnaise to make paste


Cut olives, pepper and pimento olives fine. Chop almonds and peel, core and cut apple fine. Add little lemon juice. Spread on thin slices buttered bread with little crisp lettuce.
