Ingredients:

3 cups chicken stock
1 1/2 cups peas put through sieve
3 cups top milk
salt
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons butter
pepper (spice)
celery salt

Directions:

Heat stock and milk in double boiler. Melt butter, blend with flour, add to stock. Mix thoroughly, add seasoning. Add little whipped cream and paprika before serving.
