Hamburger Soup

Ingredients:

2 pounds ground beef
5-¾ cup tomato juice
1 cup stewed tomatoes
2 teaspoons basil
2 teaspoons oregano
2 tablespoons dried onion flakes
1 bay leaf
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon garlic powder
2 cups chopped celery
1 cup sliced carrots
2 cups shredded cabbage
2 cups French style green beans
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Brown ground beef in soup pot. Drain pan drippings. Add remaining ingredients. Mixing well. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer for 2 hours.
