Ingredients:

1 cup sifted flour (or more if needed)
2 eggs
pinch salt

Directions:

Beat eggs light, stir and add sifted flour. Knead well, chill 30 minutes or longer. Roll in thin sheets, place on cloth until quite dry but not brittle. Roll, cut very fine. Have broth nicely seasoned and boiling.

Drop in noodles, cook 5 to 10 minutes.
