Onion Soup Au Gratin

Ingredients:

2 dozen Bermuda onions
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 quarts strong beef stock
salt
pepper (spice)
grated parmesan cheese
celery salt
paprika

Directions:

peel onions underwater, slice thin. Fry in butter until brown. Add flour mixed with butter to onions. Add stock, cook in double boiler. Serve hot, adding little grated cheese and paprika.
